With the sales office in Hangzhou, We are a system integrator and solution maker of a large number of infrared (IR) electro-optical (EO/IR) cameras & systems, as well as related components (such as electronic circuits and lenses, etc.).

A: Provide your courier account number, such as SHUNFENG (a Chinese international express), Fedex, DHL, UPS or TNT, then we will send you samples for free.
Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we generally can only provide but prepaid samples for your evaluation. The sample price (1 or 2 units, for some articles <5 units) usually is more expensive than bulky order (with some volume). However, sometimes company will have promotional policies and therefore can provide samples with privilege prices, please consult with us.
The courier cost is at your expense. Just tell us the COD number of any courier or contact us.
Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, but generally only prepaid samples (small quantity) can be provided since the IR/EO devices generally a high value articles. However, for some small accessories free samples could be possible. Please contact to us.

A: Yes, but depends, our products generally have passed IS09001:2008, OHS, CE certification etc., for some articles more rigid test and certification shall be applied.
