It is 04:30. The boar population has been moving through the valley edge for six consecutive nights. You have been at your position since 03:45 — scope zeroed at 150 metres, the same zero that took you four sessions to perfect on your trusted day optic.

This is the fundamental problem with dedicated thermal riflescopes: they replace your zero, your magnification system, your point of impact reference. The .. Strike was designed around the opposite principle. It clips onto the front of your existing optic — in ten seconds, without tools — and converts it directly into a thermal instrument. Your reticle remains. Your zero remains. Your night begins.

Compatible with the Picatinny rail system and clamping solutions common across European sporting rifles, the Strike preserves exit pupil distance precisely. The 640×512 sensor delivers the thermal image through your existing eyepiece as if the world were mid-afternoon — hot signatures against a cooled landscape, details resolved to the limits of the detector.

Choose your engagement profile. Choose your lens. The 25mm variant opens the widest field for driven hunts and boar approaches in cover. The 35mm extends effective recognition range for red deer on woodland edges. The 50mm is the long-range tool — open ground, chamois country, the shot across the valley floor at first and last light.

The driven hunt moves fast. Dogs push through the undergrowth. Shooters on the line must track movement, identify species, confirm direction — in fractions of a second, often in conditions where a handheld monocular is simply not fast enough. The hands must be free for the rifle. The eyes must be in the thermal.

The .. Veil and .. Whisper solve this with two complementary head-mounted configurations. Both mount to standard helmet rails and J-arm accessories common in the European hunting community. Both leave both hands completely free. Both can be flipped away from the eye in an instant when transitioning to the optic.

The .. Veil carries IREO's dual-band fusion capability in a 270-gram head-mounted form. The thermal channel detects animal heat. The low-light channel adds visible texture and spatial context — the shape of the antlers, the colour of the coat, the precise angle of approach. Both channels overlay in real time. You see more than thermal alone can show you.

Where the Veil prioritises sensor capability, the .. Whisper prioritises weight. At approximately 96 grams, it is the lightest head-mounted thermal in the range — designed for alpine hunting where every gram is carried in vertical elevation, and for the long drives where fatigue is an opponent.
