1. Lighting factor: Infrared thermometers composed of different product structures have different temperature measurement intensity. For example, those durable materials, such as plastics, coatings, etc., will not cause serious aging after the materials of these products are exposed to light. Therefore, the material composition of the product equipment was analyzed.
2. High temperature factor: Due to the high temperature, when the ambient temperature increases, the light intensity and the degree of damage will increase. There is no direct relationship between air temperature and luminosity, but there is a subtle connection between the two. Therefore, when testing programmable infrared thermometer products, it is necessary to accurately grasp the temperature range of use.
3. Moisture factors: Infrared thermometers usually produce moisture, rain, dew and other factors, which are the main factors leading to humidity, and dew formed by moisture is the main factor for outdoor humidity, and dew is more sensitive to materials than rain. The sticking time is longer, resulting in more severe moisture absorption. Due to rain erosion, the surface aged layer of the wood is removed, leaving the unaged inner layer exposed to sunlight for further aging. The effects of wet environment on the failure mechanism of composites were studied through infrared thermometer simulation experiments.
